Genghis Kan (lamb BBQ) at Sapporo Beer Garden was a first for me, and I loved it. It doesn’t get any better than munching on succulent cuts of meat and sharing a refreshing beer or two with your friends. The lively atmosphere of the large beer hall was exciting, and it felt like we were sharing a special moment with everyone there.
Genghis Kan lamb BBQ was probably my favorite dish from the whole trip. You get to grill the meat with your friends while sharing stories from the day with a cold lager. Juicy cuts of lamb and mutton melt in your mouth and pair perfectly with the savory taste of the sauces. I can’t think of a better way to end a long day of snowboarding.
